The clinic will accept referrals from all health professionals, defense counsel and crown attorney, insurances, WSIB, private rehabilitation agencies, defense and plaintiff counsels as well as from individuals.

Payments are accepted from many insurance companies, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Legal Aid of Ontario as well as from private disbursements. Direct billing through eClaims and ProviderConnect is available. Fees are based on the referral sources (WSIB, Insurance, Legal Aid) and current College guidelines.
