Paul Capobianco, M.A.Registered Psychotherapist (RP)Paul is a Register Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), in good standing. He obtained his Master of Counselling Psychology (M.A.) degree from Trinity Western University (2004) and his undergrade degree from York University. He has been providing Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment, assisting with various psychological assessments and conducting psychometric evaluations within the private practice setting since 2000. In addition, he has been contracted to provide psychotherapy treatment at Caritas School of Life for their Men’s Bed-Based Program since 2016 as well being employed from 2000 to 2012 as an individual and group co-facilitator for the Hamilton/Niagara Community Sex Offender Program under the direction of Correctional Services of Canada (CSC).

Rebecca provides a warm and welcoming space approaching a Mind-Body connection (somatic therapy) by learning about the Mind-Gut connection (a dysregulated nervous system) using a trauma sensitive informed lens. She applies clinical (evidence based) approaches from short-term/brief therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy for psychosis (CBTp), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Jungian dream analysis, dream revision, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Parts Work (IFS), meditation and mindfulness for those suffering trauma, chronic pain, concussion (TBI), functional neurological Disorders (FND), CPTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder), adjustment challenges, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, boundaries, emotion regulation and/or relationship problems. Rebecca is an experienced and licensed Psychedelic Assisted Therapist (PAT) supporting and guiding clients through the preparation for this journey towards the integration of the process; helping to understand the connection of emotional held traumas necessary for perceptional changes around life’s challenges using plant and/or synthetic medicines.
